We provide high-speed Wi-Fi (2gb via Ripple Fiber), Firestick devices on all TVs, fully stocked kitchens, freshly laundered linens and towels, and top-notch communication from beginning to end of your stay. ❗️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK ★ BOOKING GUIDELINES We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property. ★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PRIVATE HEATED POOL -Open seasonally from April through October. -Pool heat provided April, May, late September and October at not extra cost! -Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty -Children must be supervised at all times ★ Please rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the home after the beach. We try to limit the amount of sand that gets into the home. ★ PET FRIENDLY When booking, please ensure your pet is included in the booking to account for the standard pet cleaning fee. We welcome well-behaved pets with these house rules: - Pets are not allowed in the pool. - Please pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste before checkout. - Keep pets off all furniture; please bring pet bedding if needed. - You are responsible for any pet-related damage; additional fees may apply. - If you have questions or need an exception, please contact us before booking. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS This home has four exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests and property. The recording security cameras are located at each entrance and include views of the driveway, backyard, and pool. There are NO indoor security cameras on the property. ★ You will be provided linens for each bed, bath towels and beach towels. The top bunk bed however will not be made prior to your arrival due to our cleaning team’s insurance coverage. ★ Please note: You will be provided with a few starter items to get you started. Any additional supplies beyond these will need to be brought or purchased by you. The starter items include a few rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, some trash bags, a sponge with dish soap, and a few laundry and dishwasher pods. ★ You will be asked to set the outside trash cans at the road for pick up on designated evenings for next morning pickup. (Pick up Monday and Thursday from the end of March until beginning of November and then during the months of November to mid March- Monday mornings only). ★ You may see someone from our lawn care team come out for a quick trip during your stay. ★ Propane- We strive to keep the grill and fire pit ready for your use. However, if the propane runs out, please feel free to exchange it for a refill at any local store (such as Lowe's or Harris Teeter) and send us the receipt. We will reimburse you via Venmo or another payment method of your choice. ★ NO SMOKING OR VAPING ★ NO PARTIES ★ Hurricane season is June to November, please see Airbnb policy regarding weather events: "Weather events, natural conditions, and diseases that are excluded from our Extenuating Circumstances Policy". There will be no refunds related to weather events. If this concerns you, we encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
